Marketing Project Manager

• Managing and implementing corporate image projects while developing the company's brand identity.
• Initiating and developing new projects in collaboration with companies and partners.
• Planning, creating, and managing content across communication channels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Communicating and collaborating with external partners and agencies (media agencies, designers, etc.).
• Coordinating with other company departments to achieve marketing objectives.
• Initiating and managing advertising projects.

• University degree in marketing, management, or communications.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing (project management, product/brand development, or similar).
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to craft compelling advertising copy, select appropriate keywords, and prepare visual materials for text-based communications (AI tools, Canva, Figma).
• Creativity, attention to detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, interest in innovation, focus on visual details, and out-of-the-box approach.
