Paid Social Specialist (Online Gaming)

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to join a fast-growing international company in the online gaming industry. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns in a performance-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Manage budgets and deliver results against KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and LTV
• Work with creative teams on high-performing ad creatives and copy
• Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor results, analyse data, and prepare performance reports
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand safety guidelines

• 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and major social platforms
• Proven performance mindset with solid budget management skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and user behaviour
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced English level
