People and Culture Manager

Job Description

  • Being responsible for the smooth operation of the Lithuanian People and Culture team; 
  • Owning the complete cycle of people`s professional journey in the Company (including employer branding, talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, development, career management, rewards etc); 
  • Developing and implementing People and Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; 
  • Providing expertise and guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance; 
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; 
  • Leading and developing a small team of People and Culture professionals; 
  • Managing and developing compensation and benefits program; 
  • Nurture a positive working environment and high engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (at least five years) as an HR business partner; 
  • People-oriented and result-driven; 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills;  
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices; 
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; 
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player with a high hands-on approach, strong ownership and can-do attitude; 
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills;  
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and analytical thinking; 
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
