React / JavaScript / .NET / C# Developers

We are seeking passionate, analytically strong, and quality-driven full-stack, back-end, or front-end software developers to join our growing team.

You will work on mission-critical software systems developed in close collaboration with leading global clients in defence, telecommunications, and advanced IoT, contributing to real-world solutions for resilient and secure communications, situational awareness, autonomous and drone operations planning, and counter-UAS measures, built on our flagship system of Cellular Expert™ products.

The ideal candidate is excited by challenging projects, demonstrates strong algorithmic thinking, and is committed to delivering exceptional, reliable software that exceeds client expectations.

• Design and develop components of Cellular Expert™ in-house analytical modelling and simulation technology, supporting planning, deployment, automation, and operational analysis of resilient and secure communications systems and related applications.
• Deliver robust, well-tested, and well-documented front-end and/or back-end software within a collaborative development team, taking full ownership of code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability, with a mindset of exceeding expectations.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution brainstorming with fellow engineers, including during client implementation projects, and contribute to continuous improvement of solutions through testing feedback, documentation, and engineering best practices.
• The capability to clearly present and demonstrate developed software solutions to colleagues, clients, and potential clients, including in support of sales activities, is highly valued.

Common requirements:

• Technical education in software engineering, computer science, or electrical/electronic engineering. Students currently pursuing these degrees are also welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in developing high-quality software with strong algorithmic and architectural understanding, or demonstrated excellence through exceptional academic or research work.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Working knowledge of English for professional communication.
• Ability to plan and manage tasks independently and efficiently.
• Genuine passion for engineering, curiosity to explore complex systems, and openness to discussing and defending technical decisions.

Requirements for Back-End developers:

• Proficiency with Python scripting and NodeJS application development or development experience with .NET (C#) for back-end and/or full-stack applications.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL (also MS SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with C++ programming is very much appreciated, particularly for performance-critical, algorithmic, or system-level components.
• Interest in building reliable, predictable systems used in demanding, high-responsibility operational environments.

Requirements for Front-End developers:

• Proficiency with JavaScript and experience using React for front-end development.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON, CSV and XML data formats.
• Attention to usability, clarity, correctness, and testability of user interfaces.

Considered an Advantage:

• Experience working on safety-critical, large-scale, or long-lifecycle software systems.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance tuning and database architecture.
• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS, Linux and Docker.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Knowledge or experience in telecommunications or IoT network design.
• Experience or strong interest in complex strategy, simulation, or action games, including creating simulations, game logic, AI behaviour, tools, or mods, is valued for the system thinking, situational awareness, and planning skills it develops.
