Job Description

OC VISION Lietuva is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand growth and marketing strategy across our portfolio (Vision Express, OptiO) in retail and e-commerce channels.
Your role here:

- Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring long-term brand and business growth.
- Lead brand positioning and integrated communication across digital, retail and traditional channels.
- Plan, execute and optimize image and sales-driven campaigns, focusing on measurable business KPIs.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making: customer segmentation, performance analysis, ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee CRM and loyalty strategy, including automation and continuous improvement.
- Build and manage omnichannel marketing approach.
- Lead, organize and develop the marketing team.
- Plan, manage and optimize the marketing budget.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with media and creative agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can drive brand growth, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable business results. What would make you a good fit?

- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing leadership or equivalent role; experience in a marketing agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously is a plus.
- Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies, managing brands and budgets; experience in retail or B2B sectors is highly valued.
- Solid expertise across traditional and digital channels (Google & Meta Ads, SEO, social, TV, radio, print) with the ability to critically evaluate performance and agency work.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in Lithuanian and English at B2 or higher for collaboration with international teams and partners.
- Relevant higher education is considered an advantage.
